Are your products original?
Yes. We sell only 100% genuine ABENA products, manufactured by ABENA A/S in Denmark and imported directly. Every product carries the CE mark and ABENA's European certifications (Nordic Swan Ecolabel, FSC, ISO 13485).
How do I choose the right size and absorbency?
Size is based on waist/hip measurement and absorbency on the level of need — each product page lists both. If you are unsure, start with the absorbency listed for your situation (light, moderate, heavy) and contact us for free advice.
How fast is delivery?
1–3 business days in Tbilisi, 2–5 business days across Georgia. Orders over 150 ₾ ship free.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes — all parcels are shipped in neutral packaging with no indication of the contents.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All payments are processed over an encrypted SSL connection; we never see or store your card details.
Can I return a product?
